For the first time in NZ, MGMT have announced that they will be playing songs from their debut album Oracular Spectacular and MORE at The Powerstation in Auckland on Tuesday 21st July 2009.

MGMT is Andrew Vanwyngarden and Ben Goldwasser, the two psychic pilgrims whose visit here has been much anticipated in the last 12 months.

‘Time To Pretend’, ‘Electric Feel’ and now ‘Kids’ have all dominated the NZ alternative, pop and music TV charts creating a die-hard kiwi fanbase for this unique band.
